Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Craft&Smile. By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. About the Course

The Hummingbird with the impasto technique is a digital, on-demand video course that teaches painting with the impasto technique. It includes video lessons, downloadable bonus materials, and any updates we choose to add. No physical products are shipped.

2. Payment

The Course is sold as a one-time payment. There are no subscriptions and no hidden fees. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers, and we do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and may change at any time, but the price you paid will never increase for you.

3. Lifetime Access

Your purchase gives you lifetime access to the Course and its bonuses, including future updates to them. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Course remains available. If we ever discontinue it, we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to download the materials.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, email contact@craftandsmile.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund within 72 hours. No questions asked. Once a refund is issued, your access to the Course is removed. After 30 days, purchases are final.

5. Personal Use License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Course for your own use. You may not:

  • Share your login with others

  • Copy, record, resell, or redistribute the videos or materials

  • Post the Course content publicly, in whole or in part

6. Your Artwork

The paintings you create are yours. You may keep, display, gift, or sell them. We only ask that you do not claim the Course material itself (videos, guides, reference sheets) as your own.

7. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including videos, text, images, logos, and bonus materials, belongs to Craft and Smile and is protected by copyright law. No rights are granted other than those stated in these terms.

8. Results Disclaimer

We teach a method that has worked for many beginners, but results vary from person to person. Your progress depends on your time, effort, and materials. We do not guarantee that you will reach any particular level of skill or income.

9. Materials and Safety
